Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is proud to announce a new partnership with Shady Grove Fertility (SGF), one of the nation’s leading fertility centers, to expand access to advanced reproductive care for individuals and families throughout the region.
This collaboration brings nationally recognized fertility expertise to the local community, providing patients with access to SGF’s experienced specialists and a comprehensive range of reproductive health services. United by a shared commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care, Conemaugh and SGF aim to make fertility treatment more accessible and supportive for those pursuing their dream of parenthood.
“We are excited to partner with Shady Grove Fertility and enhance reproductive care options for our community,” said Rodney D. Reider, Market President and CEO of Conemaugh Health System. “This collaboration allows us to provide world-class fertility services while keeping care convenient and close to home.”
With over 100,000 babies born through its programs, SGF is renowned for its innovative treatments, high success rates, and personalized approach to care. Operating more than 40 locations nationwide, SGF combines national reach with individualized support tailored to each patient’s needs.
A key part of this initiative is the leadership of Conemaugh physician Adib Khouzami, MD, the region’s only high-risk obstetrician-gynecologist, whose presence ensures that patients with complex needs can receive specialized, expert care without having to leave the area.
“Everyone deserves the opportunity to build the family they’ve always envisioned,” said Dr. Adib Khouzami, maternal fetal medicine obstetrician-gynecologist at Conemaugh. “Our partnership with Shady Grove Fertility enables us to offer local consultations, monitoring, and virtual services, reducing the burden of travel and making fertility care more accessible and hopeful for patients in our region.”
