Sign-on Bonuses
Enhanced sign-on bonuses remain in effect into 2022, subject to change with ongoing evaluation of health system recruitment needs. At this time, the eligible positions and bonuses include:
RNs:
- A $30,000 bonus for new full-time RN recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $15,000 bonus for new part-time RN (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
LPNs:
- A $15,000 bonus for new full-time LPN recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $7,500 bonus for new part-time LPN (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
Nurse Aides:
- A $10,000 bonus for new full-time Nurse Aide recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $5,000 bonus for new part-time Nurse Aide (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
RN Case Managers:
- A $15,000 bonus for new full-time RN Case Manager recruits making a three (3) year commitment
MLT/MLS:
- A $15,000 bonus for new full-time MLS/MLT recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $7,500 bonus for new part-time MLS/MLT (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
CSTs:
- A $10,000 bonus for new full-time CST recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $5,000 bonus for new part-time CST (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
Respiratory Therapists:
- A $15,000 bonus for new full-time Respiratory Therapist recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $7,500 bonus for new part-time Respiratory Therapist (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
Multiskilled Techs:
- A $5,000 bonus for new full-time Multiskilled Tech recruits making a three (3) year commitment
Phlebotomists (Nason):
- A $5,000 bonus for new full-time Phlebotomist recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $2,500 bonus for new part-time Phlebotomist (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
Housekeeping (Nason):
- A $2,000 bonus for new full-time Housekeeping recruits making a three (3) year commitment
- A $1,000 bonus for new part-time Housekeeping (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
