Sign-on Bonuses

Through December 31, we are offering enhanced bonuses for extended commitments including:

For RN Recruits:

  • A $30,000 bonus for new full-time RN recruits making a three (3) year commitment
  • A $15,000 bonus for new part-time RN (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment

For LPN Recruits:

  • A $15,000 bonus for new full-time LPN recruits making a three (3) year commitment
  • A $7,500 bonus for new part-time LPN (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment 

For Nurse Aide Recruits:

  • A $10,000 bonus for new full-time Nurse Aide recruits making a three (3) year commitment
  • A $5,000 bonus for new part-time Nurse Aide (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment

For MLT/MLS Recruits:

  • A $15,000 bonus for new full-time MLS/MLT recruits making a three (3) year commitment
  • A $7,500 bonus for new part-time MLS/MLT (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment

For Echo Tech Recruits:

  • A $7,000 bonus for new full-time Echo Tech recruits making a three (3) year commitment
  • A $3,500 bonus for new part-time Echo Tech (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment

For CST Recruits:

  • A $10,000 bonus for new full-time CST recruits making a three (3) year commitment
  • A $5,000 bonus for new part-time CST (scheduled to work at least 37.5 or 40 hours per pay period) recruits making a three (3) year commitment
