Prepared Childbirth ClassesMaternity Class

Prenatal Classes are available to expectant mothers both in person and online. Classes are recommended during the last trimester of pregnancy, especially for first-time parents.

In person classes are a series of three, two-hour classes for mom and labor support coach. Online option available.  Topics for both classes include signs of labor, process of labor and childbirth, relaxation and breathing techniques to assist the mother during labor and delivery, comfort measures, pain management, and anesthesia.

Classes are held three consecutive Thursdays each month from 6 - 8 pm.

Understanding Birth eClass

Can't come to childbirth class? We'll bring the class to you.

Maybe you work late or on weekends, or you find yourself on bed rest for health reasons. 

Our online childbirth education program is the perfect alternative to an in-person class.

Breastfeeding Class

A one-day, three-hour class is open to pregnant women and their support person who are interested in learning more about breastfeeding. Class topics include advantages of breastfeeding for mother and infant, preparation for breastfeeding, feeding after delivery, and support services.

Classes are held the first Thursday of each month and the first Tuesday in November from 6 - 9 pm.

Siblings Class

A FREE class designed for new big brothers and big sisters, ages 2 - 9, to help transition young children into their new responsible roles.

Classes are held on the first Saturday each month from 10 - 11 am.
