Conemaugh Health System Announces 2025 Mercy Award Recipients
June 16, 2025

Conemaugh Health System is proud to announce its 2025 recipients of the prestigious LifePoint Health Mercy Award: Patricia Huber-Smith, Tawnya Miller, Stephanie Richards, and Jaime Plunkett. These outstanding team members were selected for their unwavering commitment to patients, colleagues, and the communities they serve—consistently going above and beyond in service and compassion.
The Mercy Award is LifePoint Health’s highest honor, recognizing one individual from each of its facilities who exemplifies the spirit of compassion, dedication, and selfless service on which the company was founded. Established in 2001, the award commemorates the legacy of Scott Mercy, LifePoint’s founding chairman and CEO.
“At Conemaugh Health System, we believe our people are the heart of our mission to make communities healthier,” said Rodney Reider, Market President and Chief Executive Officer of Conemaugh Health System. “Patricia, Tawnya, Stephanie, and Jaime each embody the values we cherish—kindness, integrity, excellence, and service. We are proud to celebrate their extraordinary impact on our patients, colleagues, and communities.”
