Conemaugh Physician Group – Obstetrics and Gynecology Welcomes Bahige Arida, MD, FACOG

Conemaugh Physician Group – Obstetrics and Gynecology recently welcomed Bahige Arida, MD, FACOG to its team. Dr. Arida will provide outpatient care at Conemaugh Physician Group – OB/Gyn located at 1111 Franklin St., Johnstown, and inpatient care at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Arida specializes in gynecological care, labor and delivery, post-partum care, women’s bladder and urinary disorders, and polyp and fibroid removal.

A native of Lebanon, Dr. Arida earned his medical degree at American University of Beirut. He completed his residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center and his research fellowship at Kennedy Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Arida is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

“In my specialty, we get to really know each patient during many stages of their lifetime – from caring for them during adolescence, pregnancy, childbirth, and ultimately well into their senior years, which is unique to OB/Gyn,” said Dr. Arida. “I see this as a privilege and a great honor. I look forward to providing high-quality care to women in Johnstown and throughout the surrounding region, and sharing in these important milestones throughout their lives.”
