Conemaugh Health System Names Jessica Masser, DO, Family Medicine Residency Program Director

Conemaugh Health System is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Masser, DO, as Program Director of its Family Medicine Residency Program, effective July 1, 2026.

Dr. Masser previously served as Associate Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency and brings extensive experience in clinical care, medical education, and leadership to her new role. She earned a Master of Science in Medical Education from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from PCOM.

A highly respected physician and educator, Dr. Masser was recognized in 2023 as Family Physician of the Year by the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physician Society—an honor reflecting her dedication to exceptional patient care, teaching, and community service.

Conemaugh Health System’s Family Medicine Residency Program is a comprehensive, community-based training program focused on preparing physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across every stage of life. Residents gain hands-on experience in a broad range of settings, including outpatient primary care, inpatient medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and behavioral health. The program also offers a supportive learning environment, individualized mentorship, and meaningful opportunities to serve the diverse healthcare needs of the Laurel Highlands region.

Under Dr. Masser’s leadership, the program will continue advancing innovation in medical education, expanding clinical training opportunities, and fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and service.
