To accommodate planned reconstruction work on Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center’s main campus, PennDOT will reduce Franklin Street traffic to one lane on Friday, November 5. From 6 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday, the southbound lane will operate as temporary valet drop off lane in front of the medical center. Mulberry Street will also be closed throughout the week.

The main entrance to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center will remain open, but a portion of the existing driveway near the Clinical Pavilion will be closed. The previous Franklin Street closure between Rose Street and Mulberry Street has reopened to traffic as of October 29.

Patients and visitors are encouraged to leave extra time for arrival to appointments and to exercise patience during the traffic interruptions.
