To accommodate planned reconstruction work on Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center’s main campus, PennDOT will close Franklin Street between Rose Street and Mulberry Street from October 4 through October 22.

Mulberry Street will remain open for emergency vehicles only during this time period.

Patients and visitors traveling to the hospital campus from the southwest may detour via Rose Street, McKinley Avenue, and Akers Street. Visitors accessing the Ashman-Rose Pavilion may use Mayer Avenue and Osborne Street.

Patients and visitors are encouraged to leave extra time for arrival to appointments and to exercise patience during the brief closure.
