Biography: Dr. Spencer completed her Family Medicine residency here at Conemaugh Memorial Family Residency program in 1993. She became the program director at Conemaugh in April of 2004. Dr. Spencer’s proudest accomplishment is watching our graduates succeed often while helping in underserved communities. After growing up in Western, NY she came to Johnstown on a whim. After that, high-quality health care in a very livable community kept her here. Johnstown’s outdoor opportunities are endless. People are unhurried and friendly. It has been a great location to raise her family. Conemaugh is very family-oriented.
