Why I chose pharmacy: I always thought pharmacy would be a great career because there are so
many different paths you can take with it. I started working in an independent pharmacy when I was
in high school, and my love for the profession grew from there.

Why I choose Conemaugh: Throughout my rotations during school, I found that I had a love for
both ambulatory and acute care. When looking for a residency program, I was looking for a program
that could provide more experience in both settings. Conemaugh provides exactly that. I feel that
the wide variety of learning experiences that are offered at Conemaugh will help me find my niche in
pharmacy.

Favorite Clinical Specialty: I really enjoyed my ambulatory care and critical care rotations as a
student.

Hobbies: Reading, spending time with family and friends, watching Pittsburgh sports
