Alexander Miller, PharmD, BCPS
I serve as preceptor for the orientation/staffing rotation and provide clinical service coverage as needed in a variety of settings. I oversee training of new residents and also precept IPPE/APPE students on rotation. I have developed a departmental anticoagulation competency for pharmacists and am the point person for anticoagulation-related clinical questions. I grew up in Johnstown and graduated from Richland High School in 2014 prior to going to pharmacy school at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2020. I completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Conemaugh and went on to receive Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) in July 2022. I strongly value the opportunity to mentor students and residents and help them grow and reach their potential.
