Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/ Pinenuts and Shaved Parmesan


  • 12 Brussel Sprouts
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ Cup PInenuts
  • Parmesan Cheese


  1. Preheat Oven at 400 Degrees
  2. Cut and Clean Brussel Sprouts. Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Place on tray and roast in oven until tender
  3. Place pinenuts on separate baking sheet. Roast in oven until golden brown
  4. When both items are cooked toss together and top with shaved parmesan
