Conemaugh School of Medical Technology is committed to providing comprehensive education for medical technologists who perform scientific tests in the Department of Laboratory Medicine to help in diagnosis and prognostic aspects of disease. Medical technologists are indispensable, top-level laboratory workers and supervisors, specialists and teachers for a wide range of complex diagnostic and treatment procedures.
Conemaugh School of Medical Technology offers a 48-week program that provides theoretical and clinical training for qualified, academically prepared students. Students of all ages participate in the program including recent graduates, college graduates, displaced workers and individuals pursuing a second career opportunity.
