Conemaugh Physician Group is seeking an experienced leader and enthusiastic surgeon with excellent interpersonal and clinical skills to perform a range of routine to complex neurosurgical cases with a focus on Epilepsy surgery, spine and trauma management. Conemaugh Memorial has a three-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit with dedicated 24/7 coverage by Epilepsy Monitoring Unit Technicians and an Epilepsy Fellowship-trained Neurologist. In addition, Conemaugh is associated with a Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) Clinic and has a multi-disciplinary Spine Center that acts as a triage for neurosurgery cases. Fellowship-trained pain specialist lead an outpatient Pain Management Clinic. Certified as a Primary Stroke Center, Conemaugh Memorial provides a tremendous opportunity for program growth and expansion. The candidate shall possess an interdisciplinary team approach in following clinical pathways and the ability to individualize patient care while demonstrating positive clinical outcomes.
