The School of Radiologic Technology at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center held its 55th graduation ceremony on May 10. The Conemaugh School of Radiologic Technology students graduated with a Conemaugh Diploma and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Health Professions Radiologic Technology from Pennsylvania Highlands Community College.
The ceremony included presentation of diplomas and associate degrees, and speeches by Gloria Mongelluzzo, Program Director; Dr. Gary Kramer, Department of Diagnostic Imaging; and Dr. Edward Nicholas, Vice President & Dean of Academic Affairs at Penn Highlands. Guest speakers included Deb Hegedus, Clinical Instructor and Vascular OR Technologist at Conemaugh; and student speaker Lindsey Gulmy.
The Mallinckrodt Student Academic Award was presented to Adam Pifer. The Mallinckrodt Student Clinical Award & JRCERT Certificate of Excellence was presented to Lindsey Gulmy.
