Bone density scans can help detect osteoporosis or bone loss. The scan is painless and there are no special rules to follow before you have your test.  Please call us to schedule your appointment. On the day of your scan, please check in at the Outpatient Registration Desk, located in the Main Lobby of Memorial Medical Center. In addition, please be sure to bring your physician’s order with you.
