The Conemaugh Diabetes Institute provides extensive education and support services to those who have been diagnosed with diabetes, as well as their families. We offer group education and one-on-one sessions regarding blood glucose monitoring, insulin instruction, nutrition and other related topics. Personalized instruction for pregnant women who have been diagnosed with diabetes during their pregnancy and prevention-focused programs for those who are at risk for developing diabetes are also available.
