Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center's School of Surgical Technology was established in 1966. The program has joined with the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (Pitt-Johnstown) in a joint venture. This new partnership allows enrolled students to earn college credits from Pitt-Johnstown which are applicable in the attainment of an Associate Degree in Allied Health.
