PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
This course is designed to provide the healthcare professional with the skills of assessing and treating cardiovascular emergencies in Infants, Children and Adolescents. The course covers high quality CPR, management of respiratory emergencies, rhythm disturbances and more. The course is intended for physicians, nurses, paramedics and medical professionals who respond to pediatric emergencies in and out of the hospital. There is a written and skill test that must be passed in order to receive a completion card. The initial course offers 12 Advanced CE Hours and the renewal course offers 5.25 Advanced CE Hours.
