"I want to take a moment to express my thanks and gratitude for the outstanding staff you have on board. This encompasses the nurses, therapists, doctors and Mom's case manager Susan Mayer.

I certainly can't remember everyone's name that should be mentioned here but Suzan, Stacey, John, Nancy, Amy and Joe all handled my Mom with grace, patience, kindness and a sense of humor. Everyone went above and beyond to assist my Mom and our entire family by being patient, helping and explaining, when necessary, the details of my Mom's condition and treatments.

My Mom has mentioned numerous times since she has been home how she would not be where she is now were it not for the assistance of all those wonderful people. You were kind enough to allow us to stay with her overnight and with my Mom's personality this was the best thing to expedite her recovery. She had a stroke and thought we had placed her there forever. Our presence helped to reassure her we were there for her and were working to get her home.

These people laughed and cried with us when my Mom learned she was going home and broke down sobbing because she truly believed she was never getting home. They cried happy tears right along with us. We felt we were with family and like we were leaving family behind when we left.

I would highly recommend the Crichton Center to any and all who would need your services. I would truly be remiss if I did not take the time to commend you on the assembly of the perfect team combination to assist those afflicted or who have had surgery get through the worst period in their lives.
