This is an innovative weight management program. It shows participants how to add a healthy balance to their lives

This 10 session class is generally held at various times throughout the year from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Conemaugh East Hills. There is no charge for those with Highmark insurance; and a $101 charge for others.
