Assessing the Prevalence of Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) Disorder in Eight Southwestern Pennsylvania Counties (including Allegheny, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Indiana, Somerset, and Westmoreland counties)

Research Study:  A self-administered Internet questionnaire (https://www.conemaugh.org/legacy/cmtsurvey08/) is being used to collect data from persons with CMT symptoms who reside in the above counties.  A paper copy survey is available upon request via a toll-free number for those who do not have Internet access. 

The research takes place at the John P. Murtha Neuroscience and Pain Institute located at Conemaugh East Hills, 1450 Scalp Avenue, Suite 003A, Johnstown, PA.
