The Lee Campus of Memorial Medical Center is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Johnstown and serves as a comprehensive outpatient center for Conemaugh Health System. It is home to several medical and community-based programs, ranging from same day surgery to one-on-one diabetes education. Extensive diagnostic services are also available, including mammography, ultrasound and blood work.
Inpatient nursing and rehabilitation care is also provided here. The Transitional Care Unit, located on the second floor of the Main Building, is a stepping stone for those who are ready to be discharged from the hospital but may require a little extra help before returning home. The Crichton Rehabilitation Center, located on the fourth floor, provides more extensive inpatient rehabilitation care. It is the region’s only rehabilitation facility to earn accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Services are provided throughout the Main Building, as well as the Locust Street Building, located between Walnut and Market Streets.
