Results-driven cardiac rehabilitation services are offered at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center and Conemaugh Meyersdale Medical Center. The programs are certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR).
The medically supervised programs focus on education, prevention and exercise to help patients minimize the effects of heart disease and reduce the risk of heart problems. Each year, more than 4,000 heart patients achieve their heart-healthy objectives through these cardiac rehabilitation programs.
