Home > About Us > Giving > Conemaugh Health Foundation > Donor Recognition

We are honored to recognize all who contribute to the support of local healthcare through donations to the Conemaugh Health Foundation.

Since Clara Barton came to Johnstown to help us during the devastating flood of 1889, we have been grateful to her efforts to seek donations and the decade of contributions received since that time in support of local healthcare.

Clara Barton Society - Donors become members of the prestigious Clara Barton Society when they include Conemaugh in their estate plans -- Clara Barton Postcard

Planned Giving- How to make the most of your charitable gifts for you, your family and your community -- Planned Giving Postcard

The Guardian Circle – When cumulative donations reach $5,000 donors automatically become members of the Guardian Circle.  Names are permanently displayed on a recognition wall in the Atrium of Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.

Tribute Wall – When donations given in honor or in memory of an individual total $1,000, the name(s) of the individuals are permanently displayed on a Tribute Wall.

Seasons of Life - A beautiful tribute wall located in the Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center Good Samaritan lobby accepts donations that help for the comfort, care and quality of life for patients moving through the final or most difficult stage of life's journey.

Annual Report - Donors’ names are listed each year in an annual report -- 2012    2013
