The Conemaugh Diabetes Institute is conveniently located in downtown Johnstown, on the first floor of the Lee Campus of Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, 320 Main Street. Click here for a map or driving directions.

Services are provided from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. 

Additionally we bring diabetes classes to the communities of Conemaugh Miners Medical Center and Conemaugh Meyersdale Medical Center.
