Consultations with a pediatric cardiologist for assessment, evaluation, education, recommendations and referral is available for children from infancy to 18 years old with cardiac-related problems. These can include murmurs, abnormal EKGs, superventricular tachycardia, and patent ductus arteriosis.

Behavioral Health and Emotional Services
Aloysia Hall is a child psychiatric unit located at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Good Samaritan Building. This inpatient program addresses the psychological needs of children and adolescents, and includes the services of a child psychiatrist and psychologist. Our pediatric staff concentrates on health care and heart-care -- the extra smiles and teddy bear warmth that ailing little ones need when hospitalized. Our children-only pediatrics unit means that youngsters receive child-focused care, tailored to meet the needs of their growing bodies.
As an added piece of mind, the unit includes a security system to protect our pediatric patients.
