Our multi-disciplinary approach includes the experience and perspectives of our medical director, a physician with specialized Hospice training; the patient’s attending physician; nurses; social workers; counselors; home health aides; trained volunteers; and clergy.

Nutritionists and speech, occupational and physical therapists are also available as needed. The team meets regularly to evaluate and coordinate the care plan of each patient.
