Parking at Memorial Medical Center

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center stretches across several city blocks in Johnstown's Eighth Ward neighborhood. A variety of parking options are available to get you to your destination quickly and conveniently.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available Monday through Friday at the following locations:

• 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Main Entrance, 1086 Franklin Street
• 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Emergency Department, corner of Osbourne and Franklin Streets
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Good Samaritan Medical Center Main Entrance, 1020 Franklin Street
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Medical Office Building, 1111 Franklin Street

Contributions to the Valet Parking program are donated to the Conemaugh Health Foundation to help support our Regional Intensive Care Nursery.

Free Outpatient and Visitor Lots

Five free lots are available to visitors and those requiring outpatient procedures. The lots are numbered and designated as visitor and outpatient parking areas. Lots 3, 5, 6 and 7 can be accessed via Mulberry Street; Lot 9 can be accessed via Mulberry and Mayer Streets. The lots are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Parking Garages

Two parking garages are available to patients and visitors. Both garages are located on Franklin Street. The first garage is located across from the Medical Arts Building, 1111 Franklin Street, and is accessible from Mulberry Street. The second garage is across from Good Samaritan Medical Center. Its entrance is located on Valley Pike.

We provide free garage parking to patients on their day of discharge. Priority Care members and patients requiring outpatient procedures can also park for free. Complementary tokens are required and are available at each hospital department.

Please note that all other visitors using the parking garages will need to purchase tokens to leave each structure. Tokens can be purchased for $2.00 at several campus locations including:

• Memorial Medical Center: Main Building, 3rd Floor
• Memorial Medical Center: P Building, 3rd Floor
• Good Samaritan Medical Center: Foyer at the top of the parking garage
• Garage gates

The automated token machines accept quarters, one dollar bills and five dollar bills.

Street Parking

Metered parking spaces with two-hour limits are available on Franklin Street.

In addition, free 90-minute street parking is available one block from the hospital. Please note that the City of Johnstown oversees street parking and strictly enforces its parking policies.
