Levels of care vary depending on the strength and well-being of the individual. For example,
Skilled Nursing Care is available for those who have been discharged from the hospital but are not yet ready to go home.
Intermediate Nursing Care may be the best option for those who need 24-hour supervision and long-term help with daily activities. And our
Rehabilitation Program is available for those recovering from stroke, joint replacements or other medical conditions that require strengthening.
Good Samaritan Nursing Care Center is located directly across the street from Memorial Medical Center, giving residents and their families the added security of knowing its specialized services are close by and easily accessible.
