Where can I park on race day?
Parking will be available near Trojan Stadium. Look for Flood City parking signs and volunteers who will be directing traffic on race day.
What is the race course like?
Our race course is pancake flat! In fact, this may be the flattest course in our region. The race begins and ends on the Johnstown High track (Trojan Stadium) but along the way you’ll be walking and running on very flat James Mayer Trail and along Ferndale Avenue if you’re running or doing the team relay.
Will there be water stations?
Yes. Several water stations will be located throughout the race course.
What if it rains?
The race will not be cancelled due to weather related conditions. Come rain, snow, or shine.
Are restrooms available?
Yes. Male and female restrooms will be available inside Trojan Stadium.
Can I bring my dog?
No. Animals are not permitted in Trojan Stadium or on the race course.
When will the results be posted?
Results will be posted shortly after the end of the race and awards will be distributed to participants at Trojan Stadium. Online results will be available within several hours after the race.
How will age groups be divided?
The age groups will be divided into 10 year increments. They will be further broken down into walkers and runners, as well as males and females.
Can I push a stroller?
Yes. Fitness is encouraged for children of all ages so you may bring a stroller and push your child during the race.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No. Refunds will not be given. Please see our cancellation policy on the registration page for further information.
Do I have to be present to receive my prize?
Yes. Awards will not be mailed to your address. However, you can have a friend accept your award on your behalf during the awards presentation.
Can I listen to music during the race?
While we do not recommend listening to music during the race because of local traffic and others using the trail, it will not be prohibited. If you wish to listen to music during the race, you do so at your own risk.
