For the 3rd year in a row, Conemaugh Home Health (CHH) has been ranked among the Top 500 home health agencies in the country by HomeCare Elite.
The annual HomeCare Elite review identifies the Top 500 agencies based on an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance.
