Public Health Service regulations require that the Conemaugh Health System respond in writing, within five business days, to any request for information concerning any significant financial interest disclosed to Conemaugh Health System that meets all of the following criteria:

1. A. The significant financial interest was disclosed and is still held by the senior/key personnel associated with a Public Health Service grant or contract; and
2. Conemaugh Health System determines that the significant financial interest is related to the Public Health Service-funded research; and
3. Conemaugh Health System determines that the significant financial interest is a financial conflict of interest.

Requests for information concerning significant financial interests related to Public Health Service grants and contracts awarded to the Conemaugh Health System should be addressed to Conemaugh Health System’s Responsible Official for Research-Related Conflicts of Interest and sent to one of the following addresses:
