Dr. Wozniak has been Deputy Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program since 1991. A graduate of Hahneman University Medical School, he has been actively involved as a faculty of the residency for the past eleven years. Dr. Wozniak has a certificate of added qualification (CAQ) in geriatrics and has contributed to many committees and working groups both in the hospital and community. Most recently, he chaired the hospital task force that created a disease state management program. Dr. Wozniak is the Medical Director for the Penn Highlands Health Plan and Medical Director of Graduate Medical Education at Memorial Medical Center.
