In this expanded role, Staib will support physician leadership in developing new care models and payment initiatives that improve clinical performance as well as operational initiatives to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the CIN.  She will work collaboratively with physician leadership and staff to infuse a culture of accountability, a steadfast focus on quality, teamwork, coordination, continual improvement, and care innovation. Other responsibilities will include the development and implementation of contracting strategy and negotiations, and she will serve as primary liaison to individual physicians and/or groups involved in the daily operations in the CIN.

Staib is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed both her MBA and MHA at the University of Pittsburgh.
