Conemaugh Health System partners with the Pennsylvania Department of Health to identify gaps in the knowledge and the management of traumatic brain injury (TBI) for student athletes. The goal of the Extended Concussion Health Outreach (ECHO) program is to extend concussion health outreach and public awareness initiatives.

The ECHO program is a FREE concussion outreach program that will offer educational events and resources to school administrators, nurses, athletic trainers, athletic directors and coaches. ECHO offers the following educational programs:

  • Face-to-face educational consultations
  • Brain injury support groups

These educational programs are designed to assist in all areas of concussion management, including prevention, awareness, treatment and recovery. In order for ECHO to provide a custom experience, we ask that you please complete the following survey before participating in the programs.
